Looking forward to Spring, I am planning on buying new tires, brake pads and rotors. Bit of a handling/consumable refresh. I am looking for opinions/testimonials or suggestions on my choices.
Tire wise, I am thinking of Pirelli P-Zero Nero’s, Falken Azenis RT615K+
’s or some Bridgestone Potenzas. Anyone have any experience
with those? The car came with Potenza’s, OK tires from what I recall.
Brake wise, just going to pick up a set of pads and rotors from Mountune.
Maintenance wise, I think I am pretty good. Just rolled 100,000km (62,000 miles). Transmission, coolant, brake fluid have all been changed, although brake fluid could use another go.
Really looking forward to March, the start of the driving season up here.

I was thinking the mountune kit for my FoST, however a lot of guys are just doing hawk pads and motul fluid for great results on stock rotors. I don’t know how different the Fist world is, however.

I have the Mountune kit already, including the Stainless lines, I like it a lot. Just want to change out the wear items

My Hawk HPS have been working pretty good. I'll be going Ferodo 2500 in the summer tho, they are supposed to be much much better. Lots of squealing and dust from the 2500 tho.

I see you have Baja Designs Squadrons up front, excellent choice.

On my STI, I switched from Hawk HP+ early because they were excruciatingly loud. I put on Ferodo 2500 pads and they squeal, but it's not too bad. Way better than the HP+, at least.

I’ve got EBC Red Stuffs and USR rotors being delivered today. Hopefully t hey’re decent. I’ve really liked my Firehawk Indy 500's for the price/performace.

Hated the P- Zero Nero tires on my mustang a few years ago, but I’ve heard they got better. I have thought about the Potenzas though.

The falkens are currently in the lead for me. Most good reviews on tire rack...
Don't judge me

P zeros are a bit long in tooth now and I found them to be a bit shit in BC rain. Your mileage may vary.
I would recommend to at least research Michelin 4S for a bang for the buck performance tire.
Not to be confused with the 4' s... The 4S ( capital S) is seated above the 4 and behind the cup 2 ( which is also older and coming with a redesign)
